The GenAI Task Type in Procify includes Translation capabilities, allowing you to automatically translate text or documents into different languages as part of your workflows. This feature helps teams communicate more effectively across regions without relying on external tools.
How It Works
To configure a GenAI task for translation, all you need to do is provide the input (text or file) you want translated, and then, select the target language from a set of predefined options, which include 13 languages (English, Greek, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish).

Translation During Workflow Execution
During the execution of the Translation task, the system processes the input as it was defined during the building phase and generates the translated version in the selected language.
 | The sentiment classification and confidence score are available as variables after the task executes. This means that you can branch workflows based on sentiment and trigger automated responses depending on positivity/negativity. |
